In my opinion this Rare Date Proof 1878 25c Seated Liberty Quarter is in very nice Colorful Toned high end Proof condition with wonderful mirror fields and extremely sharp devices as you can see from the photos.  Absolutely gorgeous color, as you can easily see in the photos.  The reverse has a gorgeous Rainbow Colors tone, and it is only getting better with time.  Gorgeous sharp coin!  I believe with the grading standards of today would designate this coin in the Proof 62 or 63 range.  Rare proof with Very Low 800 mintage, and even lower survival rate.  Looks much better in hand!  I tried to capture the beauty and originality of this Proof coin, but the photos don't do it justice.Please take a look at the photos, which utilize different lights and angles to give an accurate representation this proof coin's condition and toning color, so you can form your own opinion on grade, as they accurately represent the condition of this rare date Proof coin.  PLEASE ask questions prior to bidding to avoid any misunderstandings as there are NO RETURNS on 3rd party certified graded coins and currency.  I only ship to the U.S. addresses.  Shipping and handling is flat rate USPS 1st class in a padded envelope Insured with delivery confirmation.
