Cricut Cartridge - "KATE'S ABC's" - NEVER USED - "SEALED" CARTRIDGE!

Cricut Cartridge - "KATE'S ABC's" - a Cricut Shapes Cartridge - still "SEALED" - Never Used.
The Box (Plastic Case) is opened - (the Cellophane covering the box was discarded) - but the Cartridge has NEVER been Used - it is still SEALED.  Please see the Photos.  When I used to Scrapbook and buy Cricut Cartridges many years ago, I would buy them and open them (very carefully) to "look" at the pamphlets inside for ideas, etc.  Sadly, I did not have the opportunity to make use of many of the cartridges that I had purchased.
The Box states that this cartridge contains:  50 layered girl-themed images - 50 phrases with layers - 2 fonts with numbers and
punctuation
Please Note***** While I was taking Photos of this item, the Cartridge feels sticky.  I know that when I purchased my cartridges many years ago, they were not - so some deterioration of the rubber must have taken place over time.
