LL GRADING IS VISUAL.  Flat measures approximately  12" x 12". Flat is in  Good condition with wear especially on the corners.   3 corners  bent which cause wrinkles/creases in the cardboard.  Other wrinkles/creases on the flat.  There  are perforations on one side of the flat where it was attached to another flat.  Perforations have some wear.
