Vintage 1930’s Black Velvet Art Deco Rhinestone Buckle Belt

Vintage 1930’s belt with buckle , the dresses from this period are usually missing the belt and here it is .
Silk Velvet strap
Silver tone pewter buckle with marqosite or rhinestones .
The velvet is old , can not determine how well it will
Hold up over time , at this point it is fairly strong and not too brittle . It does have crease marks from buckle setting. The velvet strap may need to be replaced eventually .
32” around adjustable to smaller size
Approximately 2.75” or 70mm buckle when closed each side is 35 mm across , 1.33” or 40 mm tall at end. Strap is 1.33” or 35mm wide
